Supervisor Logistic (f/m/d)
To ensure that everything runs smoothly in the logistics center of the luxury online store Mytheresa, the Supervisor (m/f/d) is responsible for managing a logistics team.
The areas of responsibility include:
- coordination and monitoring of logistics processes
- active participation in logistics projects and continuous optimization of work and process flows
- ensuring the day-to-day business in compliance with the defined KPIs and service levels
- organization of onboarding and continuous monitoring of the training status
- checking workstations for cleanliness, safety and functionality
Supporting the Division manager and holding shift meetings, team meetings and feedback rounds are part of the job.
Applicants for the Supervisor role must have completed training in logistics, trade or a comparable field. Alternatively, relevant professional experience in the field of logistics is also sufficient.
Two years of experience in managing employees is an advantage.
It is also important to be confident in German and English. You should be able to work independently, responsibly and in an organized manner.
In addition leading a team successfully, assertiveness, communication skills and diplomatic ability are needed. Good PC skills and experience in working with ERP systems are also welcome.
However, a diverse and strong team is crucial for the shopping platform. Your skills and motivation are therefore more important than your personal lifestyle or background.
Specialist (f/m/d) in shipping, warehouse or inbound
As a Specialist (m/f/d) at Mytheresa you will be responsible for a small team in your specific area – shipping, warehouse or inbound – and provide support for management.
Your tasks include:
- participation in the creation of work instructions
- development of qualitative standards & training of employees in these
- correspondence with internal departments & external partners
- efficient processing of inquiries and problems
- ticket processing
Further activities will depend on the department you apply for.
A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or training in the logistics sector is important for the job of Specialists (m/f/d) in each of the areas.
At least two years of experience in professional employee management is definitely an advantage. Good German and English language skills as well as a confident handling of MS Office applications and merchandise management systems are equally important.
A certain flexibility, hands-on mentality and willingness to work shifts are also prerequisites for the positions. With an affinity for numbers and analytical skills, the job will suit you well.
