Mytheresa is one of the world's leading e-commerce platforms for luxury goods, offering a wide range of ready-to-wear clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories for women, men, and children.
With an impressive annual turnover of around 988 million euros, they ship luxury fashion and accessories from renowned brands such as Versace, Tom Ford, and Valentino.
It currently serves its global customers from eight locations worldwide – and, since fall 2023, also from its new logistics site in Schkeuditz.
Incidentally, Mytheresa has been part of LuxExperience B.V. since May 2025. The company has also been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since 2021.

A brief insight into everyday working life

There is a lot going on at the fashion logistics center, which is why warehouse employees (m/f/d) are needed for a wide variety of tasks, including:
- Positions in different departments are available:
- Processing of the incoming goods (Incoming Goods).
- Unpack, control the quality of each product as well as booking them into the ERP system with a computer (Incoming Goods – Control).
- Picking of orders, storing of new products and keeping order as well as inventory control (Warehouse).
- Controlling, then wrapping the products and arranging them nicely in our gift boxes (Shipping – Gift Wrapping).
- Finalizing the parcels for the shipment, including handling all necessary documents (invoices, customs, returns) and sorting them towards the different carriers (Shipping – End Packaging).
- Quality control of the returned products coming from our customers and booking them back into the ERP system (Returns).
The exclusive luxury items are treated with special care, like gifts. Therefore, each product is wrapped in tissue paper and decorated with a bow.
A love of detail is therefore particularly important for gift wrappers (m/f/d). A service employee (m/f/d) or housekeeper is also needed to ensure that employees feel comfortable.
What you bring to the table
- Warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Sensitivity and responsible handling of luxury products
- Teamwork, reliability, and punctuality
- B1 level proficiency in German or English
- Working shifts on a weekly rotation is no problem for you (Early shift: 5:35 a.m. to 2:25 p.m. and late shift: 2:25 p.m. to 11:15 p.m.)
You have a valid work permit for Germany
